If anyone is using Singnet boardband and find it very slow accessing to Internet you can try to input proxy.singnet.com.sg:8080 in your Internet Option.

btw, the internet connection here is terrible for the delphiforums.

sometimes can see the posting and do some replies. but other times, no go.
