10 Members of the House may still recall the tragic accident that occurred at Bendemeer Road in May last year, which the Court dealt with recently. In that accident, a sports car ploughed into a crowded bus stop at Bendemeer Road, killing three women and injuring six others, some permanently disabled. The Court has sentenced the accused to two years' jail and disqualified him from driving all classes of vehicles for life. But it took six months for the case to be concluded.
