Apparently this boy posted on pets forum saying that he wanna sell this dog.. someone went to view the dog & it was in a very horrible condition.. ticks infested..skinny..ungroomed.. kept in a small small cage.. saw the boy fed the dog with cereals only.. so another person contacted tis boy saying that she wanna buy the dog..boy raised the selling price from 170 to 200..saying got 2 other bidders.. this buyer had alrdy made contact with SPCA & they went down to the boy's hse on tat day.. dog kena confiscated, boy's parents made to sign some papers cos he's a minor..
horrible part is.. he nv learnt his lesson... he still blog abt revenge n all.. haiz..
why this boy only cares abt money... To him, a dog is just a commodity for him to transact & to profiteer so that he could use the money to satisfy his DESIRE..

Saw an ad on mocca stating Schnauzer for sale at $200. Went down for viewing and i was in a state of shock.
He was leashed outside at the lift lobby and the four limps are covered with mud, the nose and mouth covered with mud.
Hair very long, nails very long... very skinny and she is having a cough.
And it was a maltese or maltese cross instead of a schnauzer.
Morever, the person whom we met for viewing is only a sec sch boi. He told us, friend give it to me one, I don't want so selling now.
But the condition seems so bad that I thought he might have picked it up somewhere and try to sell it for cash.
We asked for its cert for vaccin dont have, ask for microchipped no dont have also, ask for more info about the dog, he just say i dont know my friend give me one.
Any advice on what can be done?
the spca officer convinced the boy to surrender the dog to us, in the presence of the parents.
the boy IS NOT honest. when asked by the officer where he got the dog from, he claimed that he bought the dog from someone & paid some monies for it. the dog was already in this condition when he got it like a week ago. BUT he told us a different story. he said a friend gave him the dog as he left singapore & didn't want the dog anymore.
he was so very afraid of us speaking to his parents & tried to dodge this but ultimately we still did. we went up to his unit to wait, which left him with no choice.
the parents, sigh. they don't appear to be repentant for their son's actions anyway. they DON"T seem to like the dog at all. in fact, it was obvious that the dad was actually quite afraid of the dog.
the state of the dog was horrifying.
badly matted fur. she stank terribly. ungroomed & long nails. dirty teeth. malnourished with ribcage & bones jutting out.
the worst part? PLENTY of female bloated ticks gorging on her blood
Adopting dogs, especially Jack Russell Terrier.
Adopting all kinds of dog.
