bro, celica really isn't the only available choice out there.  I dun want to discourage u, but most celicas are ageing. Dc5 is a more realistic choice, if u looking for ease of maintenance and lower upfront cost. Saying this nt cos i from honda camp. But, cos I ever considered dc5 before I bought celica. 

And, u dun need scared no mod parts for dc5. Only question is how deep ur pocket n how long u want to keep car.

Any car also can become a fast car, regardless of Toyota or Honda, as long as u have enough vitamin M. If you get a Honda but still lose to a mod celica how? Same thing will happen if u get a celica. End of the day, whose have more vit M win the race. But celica design win U the gals, lol.

i chose celica over dc5 because celica is design asthetically to kill. Everyone i come into contact with always comment this is a swee car which is even more clearly shown if you get a nicely kitted one. This is the car that invite all the stares!!!!!

Get the more power DC5 but design not nice, the exterior how you mod also can't win celica. Get a celica and up the power, and u get a nice looking and fast car. In SG how fast u want? Enought to win most of the cars on the road? Unless u go tracking a lot, trying to break ur own lap time if not it really pointless to get the fastest car on the road, jam everywhere.
