haha. that's where the big money is.
-----------------------------------
just came home from a sunday morning drive.
hiyo, saw another accident.
PIE towards Changi at just after the CTE exit... couple of cars got into an accident. one of which is facing traffic.
Roads are wet, those with worn/slick tyres.... you might want to change to fresh wet weather tyres.

speeding is driving at INAPPROPRIATE speed. as told to me by professional drivers... so going fast in an open road is definitely safer than in a crowded road. use ur judgement and instincts well. and slow down when the least big unsure!

Yesterday evening - accident at PIE/Eunos intersection.
The thing about this accident that got me fired up is the Traffic Police (Motorbike) From Eunos turning to PIE (Changi direction) there's only 2 turning lanes. As it is, during this peak period , traffic heavy. BUT the situation made worse by the inconsiderate TP straddling his bike across one of the turning lane while he leisurely writes up, what i presume, is his report. The vehicles involved already pulled off the road. No more obstruction EXCEPT his bloody bike. How bloody inconsiderate is that? He caused a massive tailback...
Can complain to LTA??

if you feel you have a case, do write in.
what's the purpose of him having the bike across one of the turning lane?
my guess would be for him to act as a barrier/block for himself. in any case, how long was he in that position? 5, 10, 15 minutes?

This morning 2am, I saw one mercedes flip along thomson road. It was so dramatic. The parts were strewn all over the 3 to 4 lanes. O_O TP n ER were there panicking. A bit scary.

Nothing to block -> everything already flowing as per normal. accident vehicles already on the roadside... At least 5 minutes, the tailback spanned at least 2 traffic lights behind.... i was stuck in that short stretch for at least 15minutes.

No lah - not this one. The one that happened was not on the PIE but at the intersection/Eunos exit. It was motorbike vs Blue Toyota wish... i think.
